Standard delivery: 24–48 hours for short-form. Long-form takes 2-6 days depending on length. Rush delivery (24h) is available for an additional fee.
Can I make changes to the video?
Yes. Revisions may extend the final delivery time by 24-48 hours, depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
How does your pricing work?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your slot in our schedule. The remaining 50% after you approve the final video.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The quoted price is final unless you request work outside the original scope.
Do I get the editable project files?
We deliver the final MP4/MOV. Editable project files (Premiere/DaVinci) can be provided.
Is my footage private?
Absolutely. Your files stay 100% confidential and never shared with anyone.
What if I don't like the result?
We use your included revision rounds to adjust the edit until it matches your vision
Do you use AI or real editors?
Your videos are crafted by professional human editors. AI is used only for minor speed-up tasks — never for creativity or storytelling.
What happens if I lose my video later?
We keep a secure backup of your final video for 1 month after delivery. If you lose your copy, just email us and we will resend it for free.
